LEGAL NOTICE Public Notice is hereby given the Town Council of the Town of Orange Park will hold a public hearing on an ordinance amending Article V of the Land Development Regulations of the Town of Orange Park, to wit: adding or amending certain definitions; amending minimum tree requirements for residential uses; amending certain remedies for the removal of a protected tree without a permit; amending certain criteria establishing when a tree removal permit is required; amending certain criteria establishing exemptions from the requirement to obtain a tree removal permit; providing for conflicts, severability and an immediate effective date. This public hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 in the Orange Park Town Hall Council Chambers, the corner of Park and Kingsley Avenue at 7:00 P.M. The Council of the Town of Orange Park will consider said ordinance for final action. Any person deciding to appeal any decision made by the Council of the Town of Orange park with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing will need a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record would include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Copies of this ordinance may be examined in the office of the Town Clerk, Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. Interested parties may attend the meeting and be heard.
