Navy wives meet Kelly Ripa, hit the L.A. nightlife

LOS ANGELES – After learning Feb. 5 that they would be flown out to Hollywood to be given the red carpet treatment by "Live with Kelly and Michael" host Kelly Ripa, five Fleming Island Navy wives got their night on the town. Ripa dubbed it "Girls’ Night Out: Oscar Edition" as she joined the women for a memorable night of food, girl talk and cocktails at the renowned Asia de Cuba restaurant for a delicious dinner. In her winning submission letter Sarah Kribs wrote, "We are strong, we are brave, and we are one. Five hearts, ten hands, and one incredibly strong bond: friendship."
