Pitch Perfect!

ORANGE PARK – Members of the Orange Park Chorale, shown here, rehearse for their upcoming Spring concert, the culmination of 10 weeks of rehearsals. Using the theme "Darkness to Light," March 15 concert will feature a variety of songs ranging from Broadway’s "Sweeney Todd" and "Sure On This Shining Night," which is based on a poem by James Agee. The hour-long performance will be held at Grace Episcopal Church, 245 Kingsley Ave.

The 45-member choir volunteers two-and-a-half hours each week to rehearsal. "For this upcoming show, we provide a selection of music, from spirituals, to old timey feel-good favorites, and three nocturnes," said Board Chairman Mike French. "The vibe and positive feelings and that come from attending a concert will leave you feeling electric. You’ll walk out feeling better than when you walked in."
