Fields named shareholder of Duval Fields CPA Group
GREEN COVE SPRINGS – DuVal Fields CPA Group has named Patrick A. Fields as its newest shareholder. Patrick, a certified public accountant, will be a key player in helping the firm grow, according to a news release.
Fields has extensive experience in tax and accounting services for both business and personal clients with emphases in real estate, professional service, nonprofit and start-up companies.
“We are extremely fortunate to have Patrick join DuVal Fields as a shareholder,” said Steve DuVal, company president. “Patrick has an exemplary track record and demonstrates the accounting and tax skills of a seasoned veteran. Further, during his seven-year tenure as a staff accountant for the firm, he was instrumental in upgrading the firm’s resources in practice management, revitalizing our marketing plan, and developing greater efficiency among our computer network systems. His talents and proven leadership are immense assets for our firm and I am proud to have Patrick join as a fellow shareholder.”
Fields is a licensed CPA and member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He earned his bachelor of business administration in accounting from the University of North Florida. Prior to his shareholder election, he worked as a staff accountant for seven years at DuVal Fields.
