GREEN COVE SPRINGS – The Clay County Agriculture Fair will continue its diverse music lineup at the Cattleman’s Arena in 2024.

For hard rockers, former Poison frontman Bret Michaels will be joined by Julia Gulia on April 9.

For rappers, Vanilla Ice will be joined by Tone Loc and will return on April 4 after a wildly successful appearance in 2021.

Country fans expect performances from Diamond Rio with Allen Higgs and Kaden Meeks on April 8, Martina McBride with Jess Kellie Adams on April 7, Tyler Farr with Chapel Hart and Grace Tyler on April 5 and the Oak Ridge Boys on April 10.

Fans of Christian pop can enjoy an evening with For King + Country with Free Life Workshop on April 8.

In addition to concerts, the Silent Disco Goat Party, which sold out quickly a year ago, will return on Friday, April 12, followed by Tractor Pulls on April 13-14.

This year’s fair, the largest event in Clay County, is from April 4 to 14.

The fair will also continue its Picnic Project, where local artists transform old tables into colorful artwork. They will be part of a silent auction, donating the money to local charities. Applications are available at claycountyfair.org. Artists should contact Fair Tasha Hyder at tasha@claycountyfair.org.

Advance tickets for admission are available at claycountyfair.org for $10 for adults, $6 for seniors and children and $20 for ride armbands for each night, except Saturdays. Presales include a $5 admission discount for adults, $3 for seniors and children 6-12, and between $5 and $10 for ride armbands. Parking and tickets for children 5 and younger are free at the Clay County Fairgrounds.

Other specials include super concert VIP access to all shows for $499; family six-pack of six gate admissions and four ride armbands for $125 and a four-pack including four gate admissions and two ride armbands for $70; and gate admission for all 11 days for $75.

Other events include a Mullet Matchup on April 7, FFA Livestock and Poultry judging and Rabbit Showmanship on April 8, STEM Contest and Husband Calling on April 12, and various performances daily at the Community and Early Florida Reinold stages.
