TOURIST DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL: Meets Nov. 29 at 3 p.m. at the Clay County Board of County Commissioners Meeting Room, 4th floor, Administration Building, 477 Houston St., Green Cove Springs. Open to the public.

SPECIAL LIBRARY MEETING: The Clay County Library Board of Trustees will meet in a Special Called Meeting, Nov. 29 at 3:30 p.m., Clay County Library Administration Office, at the Fleming Island Headquarters Library, 1895 Town Center Blvd., to discuss approving minutes of the previous meeting, and proposed plans for library operations.

DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE: Meets Nov. 30 at 10 a.m. each date in the Zoning Department Conference Room, 3rd Floor of the Administration Building, 477 Houston St., Green Cove Springs. The meeting is open to the public.

FINANCE & AUDIT COMMITTEE: Meets Dec. 5 at 3 p.m., the BCC Meeting Room, Fourth Floor, Administration Building, 477 Houston St., Green Cove Springs. The meeting is open to the public.

PLANNING COMMISSION: Meets Dec. 5 at 7 p.m., in the Board of County Commissioners Meeting Room, fourth floor, Administration Building, 477 Houston St., Green Cove Springs. Open to the public.
