Elaine Halley

Elaine Halley, 75, of Orange Park, FL, passed away February 14, 2024.  She was born on January 5, 1949 in Fairmont, WV to parents Olis and Mary (Lee) Bennett. She had a B.A. Degree from West Virginia University.

Mrs. Halley moved to the local area in 1989 from Japan and was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Dr. James A. Halley; children, Aaron Bennet Halley, Jason Allen Halley (Tiffany) and Joel Adam Halley (Amira), all of Orlando, FL; sister, Glenalee Etherton of Frederick, MD and grandchildren, Joy and Addison Halley.

She was a volunteer at many agencies including The Clay County Clothes Closet and Food Pantry, Boy Scouts of America and Asbury United Methodist Church.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at Asbury United Methodist Church.
