ORANGE PARK – A man already in the Clay County Jail now faces new charges of trafficking more than 14 grams of methamphetamine and selling fentanyl from his home on Aries Drive.

According to the arrest report, Erik Keith Blackburn, 45, of Orange Park, now faces additional charges after a confidential source working with the Clay County Sheriff’s Office made a controlled purchase on Oct. 31.

The sheriff’s office apparently had Blackburn under surveillance. “Erik Keith Blackburn is believed to be consistently distributing methamphetamine and fentanyl on a weekly basis,” was noted in the arrest report.

His bond is $175,006. His next court appearance will be on Jan. 2.
