FLEMING ISLAND – Keystone Heights High freshman golfer Camille Jackson returned to familiar ground in the sub-40 strokes range with a 38 score to finish as top golfer in a tri-match with Fleming Island and St. Johns Country Day School on Monday at the Fleming Island Golf Club.
Jackson, who won a dual match against Ridgeview on Thursday with a 40 score, returned to the norm with her strong performance Monday.
The Lady Indians got a second sub-40 with Sloan Siebert pushing to a 39 score with Candace Jackson finishing at 45 to complete a clean sweep for Keystone Heights for the top three spots.
Keystone Heights won the tri-match with 169 strokes for nine holes with Fleming Island edging St. Johns for runner-up 225-230.
Leading Fleming Island was Alyssa Merrilees with a 49 while Rachel Thompson led the Lady Spartans with a 48.
Ashton Ludwig, with two birdies, and Savannah Heinz both shot 47s for Keystone Heights.
Keystone Heights is now 11-1 for the year with a three year won lost record of 40-3 (12-1, 17-1, 11-1).
The Indians visit Magnolia Point to play Clay on Sept. 27.
Against Ridgeview at Eagle Harbor, Keystone Heights finished with a 175 team score with Camille Jackson and Siebert both shooting 42s to lead the Lady Indians. Candace Jackson and Ludwig finished at 44 and 47, respectively.
