NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 27, 2021 and entered in Case No. 2020CA000270, of the Circuit Court of the 4TH Judicial Circuit in and for CLAY County, Florida, wherein COLONIAL SAVINGS, P.A. is Plaintiff, and SEAN F. KANE A/K/A SEAN KANE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SEAN F. KANE A/K/A SEAN KANE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; 121 FINANCIAL CREDIT UNION; CALALRY SPV I. LLC, AS ASSIGNEE OF SYNCHRONY BANCK; are defendants. TARA S. GREEN, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.CLAY.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 AM, on March 23, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK D, C.T. MARSHALL'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
