Outdoor Adventure Park now open to public on Fridays
MIDDLEBURG – The Clay County Outdoor Adventure Park is open on Fridays from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. The shooting range is also available on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The gun range opened in late September with a soft rollout on the hours of operation. The 200-yard, 30-target range is the first aspect to become a reality in the sprawling 158-acre complex near Camp Blanding, at 3829 Sgt. Bradley Crose Road off County Road 215, just south of Oak Grove Baptist Church.
Local law enforcement holds training at the range for a portion of the week and is open to the public for the remainder. The range will be open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday in the upcoming months. To learn more and read FAQs, visit claycountygov.com/community/clay-county-outdoor-adventure-park.
