ORANGE PARK – A woman was arrested on Feb. 15 after a Clay County Sheriff’s Office deputy said she pointed a can of mace at him.

According to the arrest report, Gina Marie Nasser, of Middleburg, was charged with aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest after patrons at a dance and nightclub on Wells Road complained Nasser was exposing herself to customers. When deputies approached her, she pulled the mace from a shopping cart. The deputy got close enough to tackle her and place her under arrest.

Nasser was also charged with indecent exposure in public and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Her bond was set at $40,009.
