KEYSTONE HEIGHTS – A tenant living in a shed was arrested on Thursday, March 27, for striking a resident of a home while robbing her, the Clay County Sheriff’s Office said.
Dajshon Travis Asbell, 32, of Keystone Heights, was charged with assault and battery during a burglary after deputies found the victim with a “red lump” on her head and pieces of her broken glasses in her hair.
After interviewing her and two witnesses, including the owner of the house, deputies arrested Asbell in a shed where he lives.
His bond was set at $50,003.
