GREEN COVE SPRINGS – Clay County Emergency Management and the Florida Department of Health in Clay County are continuing to partner with Curative Inc., a national testing provider, to offer no-cost COVID-19 testing for Clay County residents.
Testing will be offered Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Omega Park located at 4317 County Road 218 in Middleburg.
Test results will be available within 24 to 48 hours. You will be notified by the phone number or email address provided at the time of testing.
Appointments are highly recommended. Walk-ups are also welcome. Please call Curative at (888) 702-9042 or visit https://curative.com/ to book your appointment.
Proof of identification such as a driver’s license is required. If you are insured, bring your insurance card. Uninsured patients will also be tested at no cost.
