FLEMING ISLAND – Allegro Allegro and ComForCare Home Care generously hosted a community-wide event to collect school supply donations for children being served by Kids First of Florida, the lead agency in Clay County providing foster care and adoption for children who have suffered neglect and/or abuse. The event was an overwhelming success, with several thousand items donated for direct distribution to the students. In conjunction with the Allegro/ComForCare School Supply Drive, The Clay County Clerk of Courts Office hosted their own event which significantly added to the amount of supplies collected. From left, Clerk of Courts Tara Green, Allegro’s, Jami Kelly, Kids First’s Ernie Cohen and ComForCare’s Regina Maimone all were instrumental in making the project a success.
