Green Cove’s Burns, Jones on Maine-Presque Isle Dean’s List
PRESQUE ISLE, Maine – Timothy Burns and Payton Herbert Jones, both of Green Cove Springs, were among 504 students at the University of Maine at Presque Isle to be selected to the Dean's List for the spring semester, according to Dr. Ray Rice, UMPI President and Provost.

Middleburg’s Simmons earns degree at LaGrange College
LAGRANGE, Ga. – Jordan Ashley Simmons of Middleburg graduated from LaGrange College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education.
Georgia’s oldest private institution of higher learning, LaGrange College is consistently ranked among the South’s top colleges by U.S. News & World Report. A four-year liberal arts and sciences college affiliated with the United Methodist Church, LaGrange offers more than 70 areas of study with an emphasis on global engagement and service.

Pair graduate from Harding University
SEARCY, Ark. – More than 800 students, including two from Clay County, received diplomas and will be recognized as Harding University graduates during a virtual ceremony on Aug. 15.
Casey Arnold of Orange Park received a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology and health with a teaching license and Micah Trent of Fleming Island received a Bachelor of Science in exercise science.
Graduates include students from the College of Allied Health, College of Arts and Humanities, College of Bible and Ministry, Paul R. Carter College of Business Administration, Cannon-Clary College of Education, Carr College of Nursing, College of Pharmacy, College of Sciences, and the Honors College.
