Whittington administered the oaths to Clerk of Court and Comptroller Tara S. Green, Supervisor of Elections Chris Chambless, Cook, Property Appraiser Tracy Drake and Tax Collector Diane Hutchings, while Clay County Sheriff’s Office Chaplain Tim Martin looked on.
