Fairway opens new mortgage office in Orange Park

“We’ve been looking for a great location, a great space in Clay County,” said Kayla Tyre, a loan officer. “We want to be here to support our community, support our county, support our realtors who are working hard and be their partner. We want to be able to have them rely on us and vice versa; us rely on them to help Clay County get to where they want to be.”

The grand opening celebration included a ribbon-cutting, drinks and snacks.

Fairway works strictly with mortgages for primary residences, investment properties, condos and first-time home buyers. If it’s a residential real estate purchase, Fairway can help.

The rapid growth of Clay County – many new constructions sites to keep up with the migration of new residents – helped led to the necessity of the office. As well, four of those work there are Clay natives or longtime residents.

“Our culture is all about speed to respond,” said branch manager Dave Davis. “Service is our top priority. It’s one thing to say it; it’s another thing to walk it.”

Other branch locations in northern and central Florida are Palm Coast, Tallahassee, Orlando and Ponte Vedra Beach.

The new office is located at 426 Kingsley Ave., Suite 102.
