THE VILLAGES – Sharon Steward-Sciuto of Fleming Island was selected Ms. Florida Senior America 2023 at the Colony Recreation Center.
She competed in Interview, Talent, Evening Gown and Philosophy of Life to win the crown in a field of 14 contestants. For her talent, she sang “You Were Always There,” the final song from her original one-woman show, “FLUTTERBY…the Metamorphosis.”
She will go on to represent Florida and compete for the title of Ms. Senior America 2023 in October at the Tropicana Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Sharon is an actress-performer and motivational speaker.
