GREEN COVE SPRINGS – The Back Country Horsemen First Coast recently spent an afternoon sprucing up the Bayard Conservation Area. The area is owned by the by St. Johns River Water Management District. The effort was organized by Heather Ventor and it included painting fences and clearing debris.
