KEYSTONE HEIGHTS – Residents lined the streets near Keystone Heights Junior/Senior high Saturday night for the annual Lake Region Kiwanis Club Christmas Parade. Despite the events of the past 10 months, the festive event afforded everyone to celebrate the season. The Minor Family won first place in Judge’s Choice, while the KAT Family Fire Truck was second. The Christmas Convoy won the Most Original category, with Jeremy Bradley placing second. The Keystone Heights High National Junior ROTC won first place in marching, while the Keystone Heights Junior/Senior band finished second. The Best in Business category was won by Lake Swan Camp with Entry Reality CWL in second, while Cub Scouts Pack 146 was first in the Closest to the Theme category and North Florida Christian Camp windup up second. Finally, the Keystone Heights Elementary finished first in Best Youth Entry, while Key Club/Kiwanis was second.
