St. Johns Country Day School volleyball (13-3) somewhat avenged a 3-0 loss earlier this season to Christ’s Church Academy (13-4) with a 3-2 loss on Monday. Server Kate Jacobs, No. 7, got the Spartans from 14-11 on the brink of losing to 15-15 before St. Johns lost the fifth game 17-15.
