Public Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Orange Park will hold a public hearing on an ordinance approving and authorizing the Town of Orange Park, Florida, to borrow funds from the State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection State Revolving Loan Fund Program for drinking water facilities; adopting findings; authorizing borrowing of funds and loan application in the principal amount of $148,000.00; establishing pledged revenues from the water and sewer fund; authorizing execution of loan documents; authorizing the town attorney to provide a legal opinion; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; providing for an effective date.
This public hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, in the Orange Park Town Hall Council Chambers, the corner of Park and Kingsley Avenue at 7:00 P.M. The Council of the Town of Orange Park will consider said ordinance for final action. Any person deciding to appeal any decision made by the Council of the Town of Orange Park with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing will need a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record would include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Copies of this ordinance may be examined in the office of the Town Clerk, Monday through Friday from 7:30 A.M. until 5:30 P.M. Interested parties may attend the meeting and be heard.
