Unless otherwise noticed, any special committees of the Clay County Development Authority will be held an hour prior to the regularly scheduled meeting dates and times or, as soon thereafter as may be conducted. Please be advised that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the board, agency, commission, or committee with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
Such record will not be provided by the Clay County Development Authority and must be provided by the individual making the appeal.
