Health, safety still a priority at Gordon Chevrolet

Posted

Dear Clay County Residents:

At Gordon Chevrolet, we value the health and safety of our guests and team members above all. It is important to us that we share with you the steps we are taking to respond to COVID-19 Coronavirus to ensure the well-being of everyone while continuing to serve our loyal customers and guests.

We have enhanced our already top-notch cleaning standards and are in regular contact with our cleaning crew to ensure they are paying particular focus to cleaning and sanitizing high-touch high-traffic areas.

Our team members are being diligent about regularly washing their hands and wiping down work spaces to disinfect desks, phones, keyboards, doors, etc.

We have adopted a self-quarantine policy for employees who feel symptomatic to stay at home and seek medical attention and not return until medically viable.

We have enacted an in-store no handshake policy for formal greetings. We have adjusted travel schedules for team members to ensure compliance with all CDC recommendations.

Based upon our response to guidelines from the CDC, WHO and Florida State Department of Health, Gordon Chevrolet stands ready to serve you. In the event you should not feel comfortable coming into the dealership, please know there are convenient ways we can still serve you.

Vehicles can be dropped off and picked up for service without having to come into the dealership.

We are happy to bring you a car for a test drive (in the Jacksonville area) and you can completely purchase a vehicle without coming into the store.

At Gordon Chevrolet, we stand ready to accept your calls and our internet team is ready to respond to any questions you may have about sales, service, parts, etc. Whether in person or on-line, we are here to serve you and all of your automotive sales and service needs.

Thank you for your business,

Nathan Potratz
