MD Anderson opens at Baptist Clay’s HealthPlace Center
FLEMING ISLAND – Baptist Medical Center Clay officials joined expert cancer physicians from the new MD Anderson Cancer Center and other community members at the HealthPlace Center on the hospital’s campus during its grand opening on Saturday, May 20. Hospital President Darin Roark cut the ribbon to open the new facility, including a state-of-the-art linear accelerator for radiation therapy, ahead of the center opening its doors for tours.
