Yeoman to retire from Air Force
GOLDSBORO, N.C. – Master Sgt. Angela C. Padgett Yeoman will retire from the U.S. Air Force on Jan. 19 at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base.
During her career, Yeoman, a 1997 graduate of Middleburg High, was deployed five times to Afghanistan. She was also stationed in Georgia, Italy, Korea, North Carolina, Spain, South Carolina, Texas and Turkey.
While serving in Italy, Yeoman met her husband Carl Yeoman, who retired from the Air Force in 2016 after a 24-year career. After her retirement, Yeoman and her family, which includes children Dustin, 14, and Linzey, 8, will live in North Carolina.
Yeoman is the daughter of Leslie and Patsy Padgett of Middleburg, who along with about 30 family members and friends from seven states, are planning to attend her retirement ceremony.
