Box 698, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043, before service on Petitioner or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in this petition. The minor child Liam James Clark, male, was born on November 15, 2018 in Orange Park, Florida. The Respondent, Austin Taylor Clark, is described as 28 years old, Caucasian, male, height 6'2", blue/green eyes, brown hair, weighs approximately 180 pounds.
