NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 22, 2024, and entered in 2023CA000143 of the Circuit Court of the FOURTH Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE BANK OF NEW YORK, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE CIT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, 2007-1 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JOHN JOSEPH MINORICS A/K/A JOHN JOSEPH MINORICS, III, DECEASED; CHRIS MINORICS; LISA ANN GRIFFIN; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION N/K/A LISA GRIFFIN; CLERK OF COURT, CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA; U.S BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR VAK CAPITOL TRUST 1 are the Defendant(s).
