NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 29, 2025, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2025CA000439, of the Circuit Court of the 4th Judicial Circuit in and for CLAY County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and KIMBERLY LAVERN SMITH; DOUGLAS L. SMITH, JR.; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; FOREST HAMMOCK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION; are defendants. TARA S. GREEN, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.CLAY.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 7th day of January, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 381, FOREST HAMMOCK AT OAKLEAF PLANTATION – UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGES 10 THROUGH 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
