Ted’s Montana Grill, a classic American restaurant, honored the top proprietor of 2024 at its annual national conference. Frank Hornick, the Proprietor of Ted’s Montana Grill in Orange Park, was awarded the "Proprietor of the Year." The restaurant is located at 8635 Blanding Blvd.
Hornick earned the title by "achieving exceptional overall restaurant results, which included guest count growth, double-digit sales growth, optimal profit and loss performance, high team-member retention, zero overtime, strong management team development and overall outstanding performance ratings," according to Marie Berlin PR & Marketing.
