ORANGE PARK - The Orange Park Chorale will again bring their unique voices to the forefront this fall.

On Nov. 9 and 10 at 4 p.m., the non-profit ensemble will present "You Make My Heart Sing," a melody of sacred and secular pieces handpicked by group members.

The first concert will be held at Orange Park Presbyterian Church, while the second will be at St. John’s Cathedral.

Artistic Director David Holladay said the concerts will capture a variety of styles, including a mix of classic and contemporary spirituals and nonreligious love songs.

Performances will feature deeply melodic and high-energy arrangements, including "The Majesty and Glory of Your Name," "I Know That My Redeemer Lives," "Soon We Will Be Done," "The Sound of Silence" and "For Good" from Broadway’s Wicked.

Holladay said that for about 10 weeks, the group had rehearsed 10 or 11 pieces and was ready to put on a concert to remember.

“We just want to share the joy of singing and some good choral singing,” Holladay said.

Concert attendance is free, and donations will be accepted.
