ORANGE PARK – For the safety of our patients and colleagues, HCA Healthcare’s Orange Park Medical Center and Memorial Hospital Jacksonville will begin restricting all visitors from entering their facilities starting Monday at midnight.
Exceptions will be made for the following circumstances with one visitor per patient:
· Parent/guardian of a pediatric patient
· Spouse/partner of a maternity patient
· Hospice or palliative care patients
· Emergency room patients
Visitors will continue to be screened at the entrances and will be isolated if they are exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms. We thank our community for their understanding as we do the right thing to protect our patients and colleagues.
The medical center said it currently has a patient that has been isolated after being diagnosed with coronavirus.
