Couple arrested for methamphetamine during drug raid
ORANGE PARK – The Targeted Narcotics Team of the Clay County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people April 22 following a raid at 2770 Stagecoach Drive.
Loranzia Outin III, 43, of Jacksonville, and Gina Maria Hansen, 36, of Orange Park, were caught with methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Outin also was charged with possessing loaded 40-caliber and 22-caliber handguns by a convicted felon, as well as intention to sell, manufacture or deliver the methamphetamine.
According to the arrest report, deputies found the couple in a bedroom. They also found 6.2 grams of methamphetamine, glass pipes with methamphetamine and marijuana residue, three digital scales and two guns.
Outin was denied bond, while Hansen’s bond was set at $6,005.
Woman hits husband with vase, kicks CCSO deputy during dispute
ORANGE PARK – A local woman was arrested after she smashed a ceramic vase over her husband’s head, kicked a Clay County Sheriff’s Office deputy and stabbing herself in the stomach.
Norma Consuelo Shryock, 39, of Orange Park, was charged with aggravated battery and battery on a police officer.
According to the CCSO arrest report, a deputy responded to a disturbance call on April 19. They found the husband with a cut on his head that required medical attention. Deputies said Shryock was kicking the back door of the patrol car when she was removed and restrained. In the process, she kicked the deputy in the leg.
Shryock told deputies she stabbed herself in the stomach during the argument. She was taken to Orange Park Medical Center for treatment.
