CCSO found Leathers on Blanding Boulevard shortly after the wife reported the incident. She also said he was endangered with a small caliber rifle. Leathers reportedly refused orders by the deputies to show his hands, but he finally responded when a deputy drew his weapon.
Part of the injunction included him not possessing a firearm or ammunition.
