Alternative testing availability: If you are insured and have a primary care physician, please contact your physician for evaluation and testing information. Many private practices and physicians have testing capabilities. If you do not have a primary physician, testing is available at several providers throughout Clay County.

The list is not a complete list of providers, nor is it an endorsement:

• Aza Health, Keystone Heights (904) 284-5904.

• CareSpot, Middleburg (904) 406-8240.

• CareSpot, Orange Park (904) 213-0600.

• Palms Medical Group, Orange Park (904) 688-3000.

Contact the provider directly regarding sliding fee scales or if they accept your insurance. COVID-19 Vaccinations are available at the Bear Run clinic. Vaccines are one of the most effective tools to protect your health and prevent the spread of disease. The COVID-19 vaccines used in the U.S. are safe, highly effective and protect against the risk of severe illness from the COVID-19 virus, including known variants.

The COVID-19 vaccines teach the human body how to recognize and fight the COVID-19 virus and protect against the risk of severe illness.

While some vaccinated individuals may still contract COVID-19, they are much less likely to be at risk for severe illness, hospitalization and death. Any questions regarding COVID-19 testing or vaccinations can be directed to (904) 529-2800.
