Employees at Orange Park Medical Center were invited to sign the final steel beam Tuesday before it’s added to the five-story, $126 million expansion. Construction teams and hospital officials agreed that everyone at the hospital should be remembered by making their names part of the building. Respiratory therapists Shelby Paugh, front, and Chalsea Nichols added their names to the hundreds of others. The beam was installed Thursday to keep the project on track for a spring opening in 2021.
