ORANGE PARK- This year's 'Lighting of the Park' event was nothing short of merry and bright.
On Tuesday, the town came together to ring in Christmas with hot chocolate, cookies, live musical performances and a reading of ''Twas The Night Before Christmas' by Councilman Doug Benefield. All a countdown to the moment that the Christmas lights at Town Hall Park were activated.
In a matter of seconds, cheers and squeals could be heard as Orange Park came to life.
