ORANGE PARK – Tickets are now on sale for the Florida Ballet’s, The Nutcracker, at the Thrasher-Horne Center on Dec. 11-13.

The two-act ballet was originally choreographed by Marius Petipa and Lev Ivanov with a score from Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. It is based on E.T.A. Hoffman’s story “The Nutcracker and the Mouse King,” and it’s regarded one of the most-popular holiday traditions in the world.

Shows at Thrasher-Horne are schedule for Dec. 11 at 7:30 p.m., 3 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 12 and 3 p.m. on Dec. 13.

Premium seats are available, and they include a post-performance meet-and-greet with Clara, Sugar Plum Fairy and Cavalier.

Committed to safety, Thrasher-Horne is selling a limited number of tickets – approximately 400 – to its events in the socially distanced auditorium. All seats are sold in pairs.
