GREEN COVE SPRINGS – The mixture of 20 of the area’s best food trucks, perfect weather and a concert by the Curt Towne Band with a special appearance by Paul Wane made last week’s Food Truck Friday one of the biggest at Spring Park. T-shirts with a picture of Green Cove Springs and FTF 2023 were for sale for the first time. Shops along Walnut Street also featured vinyl records that local artists and students from Clay County painted. The records are now on exhibition at the Clay County Courthouse. The highlight of the evening was the raffle of a specialty guitar to raise money for Dani-Lynn Early, a girl who’s suffering from a critical heart condition. The guitar was created by Towne, Wane and St. Augustine artist Lyneke Rae.
