The Knights of Columbus Council 11220, along with Sacred Heart Catholic Church, awarded $1,000 Frank LaTorre scholarships to four high school graduates from three schools across Clay County on May 18.
The recipients: Antony "AJ" Olivolo, Emma Schlotthauer, Ryan Lydon and Braden Glavin.
The council's Grand Knight, Mike Cruz, distributed the scholarships and said to the recipients during the Scholarship Award Mass: "You all are the best, and let the Lord watch over you in everything you do as you enter the next chapter of life in college and beyond."
