MIDDLEBURG – Joseph Francis has been named Chief Financial Officer of Ascension St. Vincent's Clay County.
Francis returns to Ascension Florida, where he held several finance and operations roles from 2021 to 2025. Most recently, he served as Assistant CFO at Tenet Healthcare.
"We are pleased to welcome Joseph back to Ascension Florida," said Bryan Walrath, president and CEO, Ascension St. Vincent’s. "His familiarity with our operations and proven financial leadership make him a strong addition to the Clay County team."
Throughout his career, Francis has focused on strengthening financial performance through supply chain optimization, department operating reviews and budget development.
As CFO, Francis will oversee the hospital's financial operations, work with market leadership on strategies to meet financial goals and manage resources in support of Ascension's Mission.
