There are two answers to this question, depending on what is meant by "too big."
If you’re talking the actual size -- as in it's more space than necessary -- there is an option for you to downgrade from a 95-gallon cart to a 65-gallon cart by contacting FCC Environmental Services at (904) 490-9996.
If you’re having difficulties moving your trash can, there are options available for that as well. If you aren’t able to physically move your garbage can to the curb on your own, the county said that there is a side-door service available. It’s reserved for residents with disabilities and have no one in the home to move the can.
Residents can set up the service through FCC Environmental Services for $10 a month. The county said that there is an exemption for the fee if the resident is disabled, has no one living in the home to assist and meets either the income requirements, or is a total and permanent disabled veteran.
