Garrison, Bradley, Sapp to hear suggestions, ideas before returning to Tallahassee

CLAY COUNTY – Residents of Clay County will have an opportunity to request legislation, express opinions and ask questions of their state legislative delegation on Monday, Jan. 6, before Reps. Sam Garrison (R-Fleming Island) and Judson Sapp (R-Green Cove Springs) and Sen. (Jennifer Bradley (R-Fleming Island) return to Tallahassee for the start of the legislative session on March 4.

The three will be at the Board of County Commissioners Meeting Room on the fourth floor of the Clay County Administration Building at 2 p.m.

The meeting is open to the public.

In conjunction with the delegation meeting, the following local bill proposal will be heard and voted on: “Notice is hereby given of intent to apply to the Florida Legislature, in the 2025 regular Session, for the passage of an act relating to creating the Saratoga Springs (Feed Mill Stewardship District) on 2,320.03 +/- acres located off Cathedral Oak Parkway/First Coast Connector in Clay County as an Independent Special District.”
