GREEN COVE SPRINGS- Thanks to positive survey results (done anonymously) of the Clerk of Court's more than 100 employees, the office rose seven spots up in the 2026 Top Workplace rankings, garnering second place out of dozens of finalist organizations.
In addition to the overall office recognition, their responses also resulted in a pleasant surprise for Clerk/Comptroller Tara Green and her management team as well – the Top Workplace Leadership Award.
“We are so appreciative of everything our team does to make our organization a great place to work, and one that provides Clay County citizens amazing customer service and meaningful programs,” Clerk Tara Green said.
This is the third consecutive year the office has won the award. The Top Workplace employee survey and resulting awards process is facilitated by national data analytics company Energage and overseen by the Florida Times Union.
