GREEN COVE SPRINGS – Members of the Green Cove Springs Police Department were at the McDonald’s on Tuesday sharing coffee and meeting residents during breakfast hours as part of its “Coffee with a Cop” program. You better put your seatbelt on first.” The man then drove away with a sausage biscuit and cup of orange juice – and no ticket.
