County health department moves its administrative offices to Fleming Island
FLEMING ISLAND – The Florida Department of Health in Clay County Administration Department has moved to 1845 Town Center Blvd., Building 400, on Fleming Island. The new office is next door to the Fleming Island Library.
Birth and Death service is located in Building 400, Suite 405. Women, Infant, and Children services will continue at Bear Run Clinic. WIC services are available Tuesdays-through-Thursdays from 1 a.m. to 5 p.m. Clinical services will remain at the Bear Run Clinic located at 3229 Bear Run Blve.in Orange Park.
