CROSS CREEK NORTH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING AND AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Cross Creek North Community Development District (“District”) will hold a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors on May 14, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. at The Cross Creek North Amenity Center, 2895 Big Oak Drive, Green Cove Springs, Florida 32043. There will be an Audit Committee meeting prior to the onset of the Board of Supervisors’ meeting. The Audit Committee will review, discuss and establish the evaluation criteria for any proposals the District receives pursuant to solicitations for auditing services.
A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting the District Manager, c/o Rizzetta & Company, Inc, by mail at 3434 Colwell Ave., Suite 200, Tampa, Florida 33614 (“District Manager’s Office”) and by providing a telephone and email address during normal business hours or on the District’s website www.crosscreeknorthcdd.org or by contacting the District Manager at lgallagher@rizzetta.com or phone 904-436-6270. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting.

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the Meetings is advised that person will need a record of proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
