GREEN COVE SPRINGS – The Davis family and The PARC Group have announced the sale of approximately 3,000 acres of undeveloped land in Green Cove Springs. The land, formerly owned by the Gustafson family and known as Governor’s Park, is located west of U.S. Highway 17 and north and south of the First Coast Expressway.
Purchased in 2019 by entities controlled by the Davis Family, the land was slated for development following the connection of the First Coast Expressway with Interstate 95. As development activity in the surrounding area increased, the decision was made to sell the land to a developer with more immediate plans.
“Our focus will remain on our current land holdings while we continue to pursue other land opportunities in Northeast Florida,” said Jed Davis, President and CEO of DDI, Inc., a Davis family company.
