ORANGE PARK — The Summer Health and Home Expo on Saturday, July 19 was nothing short of informational and interactive as guests learned how to live healthy and smartly.
The expo, presented by Ascension St. Vincent's and the Clay County Chamber of Commerce, featured various booths set up around Center Court at the Orange Park Mall from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Whether dedicated to safety, health insurance, electrical services, chiropractic needs, and domestic and sexual assault awareness, a crowd of guests stopped by each with curiosity.
Some of the booths in attendance were the Clay County Sheriff's Office Community Affairs, Essential Electric, Benton Health Insurance, Quigley House, Dreams Come True, Kingsley Chiropractic, Path to Wellness Chiropractic and Palms Medical Group.
Additionally, WJXT Anchor Joy Purdy took center stage, filming Discover the Joy: The Purdy Podcast live for the first time. Purdy spoke with three medical experts on children's health, including a pediatrician, physical therapist/athletic trainer and a mental health specialist.
